ROLE OVERVIEW

This individual will provide comprehensive technical guidance and NetSuite Techno Functional expertise to the project teams and will need to have project estimation experience and be able to communicate effectively with both technical resources and non-technical business users. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who must be able to work well both independently and with the US client teams.

Role Summary

- The Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.
- In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to configure/customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements.
- Candidate will be required to conduct sessions with the customer over the web conference,



attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
- Functional Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas.
- Contribution to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities are required as well as participation in the Subject Matter Expert programs.

Role Responsibilities:

The range of responsibilities is broad and is likely to include:

- 3+ years in application systems consulting
- Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant is preferred
- Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce
- Deep understanding of NetSuite functionality
- Knowledge in OneWorld implementations
- Delivery of configurations and customizations within NetSuite
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools and dashboards
- Skilled at NetSuite Data migration tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to carry out a GAP analysis on customer's current process
