Key Responsibilities

· Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

· API Testing: Design, develop, and execute API test cases to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of APIs.

· Log Analysis: Analyze logs to identify issues, track performance, and ensure system stability.

· Flat File Validation: Validate flat files to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

· SaaS Integration: Analyze and validate the integration of various SaaS tools to ensure seamless operation.

· Client Interaction: Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.

· Team Support: Assist team members in resolving technical issues and provide guidance to ensure project success.

· Daily Updates:



Provide daily status updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Automation tools, API testing tools and methodologies.

Proficiency in log analysis and troubleshooting.

- Experience with flat file validation and data integrity checks.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and their integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
