We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to drive motor insurance business through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard current insurance agents/advisors
- Develop and maintain a productive agency network
- Drive motor insurance sales through agents
- Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for advisors
- Ensure achievement of business targets (premium & policy count)
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Up to 37 years
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in General Insurance / Motor Insurance / Agency Channel
- Strong sales and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
