Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics for corporate films, explainer videos, event content, and music videos, from initial storyboard to final delivery.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will collaborate with directors, producers, video editors, and other designers to develop visually engaging animations and graphic elements aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include designing visual assets, animating 2D/3D elements, integrating graphics into video timelines, and preparing files for post-production and final output.



The role also includes maintaining consistent visual standards, managing project timelines, and staying current with industry trends and software updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with experience creating animations for video and digital media.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Video Production, including understanding of editing workflows and integration of graphics into video content.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related motion design software.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Relevant education in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in 2D/3D animation or 3D projection mapping is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing motion graphic work.
