Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics, videos, and graphic design assets that support Innefu's brand, product marketing, and event presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics Creation

- Create engaging motion graphic videos using a combination of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Leverage AI-based tools and workflows to accelerate and enhance motion graphics production
- Develop animated explainer videos, product demo videos, and promotional content

2. Video Editing

- Edit raw video footage into polished, publish-ready content
- Ensure consistent pacing, transitions, color correction, and sound design across all video output

3. Graphic Design

- Design creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
- Create flyers, brochures, and other collateral for marketing and sales use
- Design event backdrops and standees for exhibitions, conferences,



and corporate events
- Format and design PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) to Innefu's brand standards
- Handle other ad-hoc graphic design requirements as they arise

4. In-house Video Shooting & Editing

- Shoot videos in-house, including use of a green screen setup
- Edit shot footage into final deliverables suitable for social media, website, and events

Tools & Technical Expertise Required

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe illustrator
- Canva
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted video/graphics tools (e.g., AI video generation, AI-assisted editing/animation)

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role (portfolio required)
- Solid eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency
- Comfortable working with green screen shoots and studio lighting setups
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Willingness to work from office

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing for B2B, tech, government, or defence-sector brands
- Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn native video)
- Basic photography/videography skills
