About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Artist with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in 2D animation and motion graphics, with experience working on corporate films, brand films, explainer videos, promotional content, and other communication-led video projects.

You will be responsible for translating creative concepts and visual stories into engaging, polished motion graphics and animations while maintaining a strong sense of design, composition, typography, timing, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for corporate and brand communication.
- Work on brand films, corporate films, explainer videos, product/service videos, presentations, and digital content.
- Translate storyboards, scripts, creative concepts, and design directions into compelling animations.
- Develop engaging transitions, typography animations, infographic animations, icon animations, and other motion design elements.
- Collaborate closely with designers, creative directors, video editors, and other team members to deliver projects from concept to final output.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual language, typography, and overall design direction.
- Understand pacing, timing, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling to create impactful motion content.




- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Adapt and refine animations based on creative feedback and project requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Artist / Motion Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D motion graphics and animation work.
- Proven experience working on corporate films, brand films, explainer videos, and communication-driven content.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, colour, transitions, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to interpret storyboards and creative briefs and execute them independently.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual quality.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Software SkillsStrong proficiency in relevant 2D motion and design tools, particularly:
- Adobe After Effects and Animate CC
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
