Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Technical Manager to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, manage development teams, and ensure seamless delivery of D365 F&O; solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of D365 F&O; implementations and enhancements.

- Architect and design scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Oversee customization and development using X++,



extensions, and integrations.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.

- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and enforce governance standards.

- Handle release management, deployment strategies, and DevOps processes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
