Role Description The Team Head – Tele Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading and optimizing the tele sales function for premium real estate offerings. This role oversees a team of tele sales professionals, sets daily and weekly targets, monitors performance, and ensures consistent follow-up with qualified leads.



The position involves designing call scripts, guiding the team to effectively pitch luxury real estate options, and coordinating with account management and on-ground sales teams to convert telephonic inquiries into site visits and closures. The Team Head will analyze call data, refine lead qualification processes, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools to support forecasting and pipeline management. The role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular training, and collaborating with leadership to align tele sales strategies with business goals.
