Company Description Wild Waters Hyd – Water & Amusement Theme Park is Hyderabad’s largest water and amusement destination, spread across 30+ acres in Shankarpalli. The park features 50+ water rides, dry rides, and adventure attractions, catering to families, schools, and corporate groups. It is designed as a one-stop venue for fun-filled day outings, large group events, and team-building experiences. With a focus on safety, guest experience, and diverse entertainment options, Wild Waters offers a vibrant setting for both visitors and team members.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Institutional Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Institutional Sales team member will identify, develop, and manage relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, travel agencies, and other institutional clients to drive group bookings and events at the park. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, conducting sales visits and presentations, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating terms to close institutional deals.



The role also involves coordinating with operations, events, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of group visits, maintaining accurate sales reports and pipelines, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The team member will participate in promotional activities, attend industry events when required, and contribute feedback to enhance packages and offerings for institutional customers.
Qualifications

Strong Institutional Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing B2B or group accounts.
Understanding of Finance and Investments sufficient to discuss pricing, budgets, and value propositions with institutional clients.
Exposure to Trading or commercial negotiations, including closing contracts and managing terms.
Proven ability in lead generation, relationship management, and account retention for educational and corporate segments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skil
