Job Summary:

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various aspects of IPO projects (‘Projects’). This individual will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders/ clients to ensure a seamless and successful execution of the Project.



The ideal candidate need to have a solid background in financial markets, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain a detailed project plan outlining key milestones and timelines for the Project. Monitoring, and providing weekly reporting on Project progress.
· Review of Project documents such as shareholders agreements, constitution documents, share subscription agreement, lenders agreement etc. Providing comments on such documents.
· Compiling and organizing client information, conducting thorough reviews, and subsequently distributing the data to pertinent stakeholders in the Project.
· Assist in preparing various industry/ company analysis in order to perform industry/ client benchmarking.
· Assisting in preparing various documentations required during the Project.
· Facilitating Legal Counsels and Merchant Bankers in conducting due diligence of the Company.
· Coordinating with Seniors on
