We partner with organizations across industries to provide customized IT talent solutions that support their workforce and business requirements.

We are looking for a Business Manager to take ownership of client relationships, staffing operations, business growth, and account management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the IT staffing/recruitment industry with the ability to manage clients, vendors, internal teams, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing IT staffing and contract staffing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment of positions.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, recent staffing requirements, and revenue growth.




Manage the complete staffing engagement lifecycle, including requirements, candidate deployment, extensions, replacements, and ongoing account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staffing partners, and vendors.
Negotiate commercial terms and service conditions with clients and vendors while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor business performance, revenue, profitability, staffing volumes, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing engagements.
Address client escalations and operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare regular business and account performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and internal processes.
