About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical SEO Lead to own the technical health of our clients' websites end-to-end, from crawlability and indexation to Core Web Vitals and structured data. This role will lead a focused technical SEO workflow across all client accounts, run recurring audits and reporting,



and act as the primary point of coordination between the SEO team and the tech/development team on all technical fixes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sitemap & Robots.txt Management: Check existing website XML sitemaps and robots.txt files across client accounts; keep them updated and correctly integrated.
- GSC Error Review & Reporting: Review each client's Google Search Console errors and prepare weekly error reports.
- Onboarding & Crawl Audits: Run crawl and technical audit reports for newly onboarded clients as well as existing clients.
- Technical Audits: Conduct regular full technical SEO audits, starting with 3 projects per week and scaling as capacity allows.
- Crawl Budget Optimization: Identify and resolve crawl budget inefficiencies to ensure search engines index priority pages.
- UI/UX Audits: Audit current and new website UI/UX from an SEO perspective and suggest improvements.
