Responsibilities• Understand product requirements and develop suitable hardware solutions.• Design and develop Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits.• Work with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration.• Perform prototype testing, validation, debugging and troubleshooting.• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.• Ensure project deliverables meet Time, Cost and Quality requirements.• Support design reviews and guide junior engineers where required. Qualifications• BE/B. Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent. Experience• 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development, preferably in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.



Technical & Process Capabilities• Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.•ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.•Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.•Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2 C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.•Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.•Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.•Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.•Experience with electronic measurement instruments.•miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.
