THE CHANCE
As our HR Intern, you will be instrumental to our people operations at a critical growth stage. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role —
you won’t be shadowing, you’ll be owning. You will be hiring from a pool of premier institutes like IITs & IIMs, giving you direct
exposure to high-calibre talent acquisition early in your career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Job Posting & Talent Sourcing
• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other relevant platforms
• Optimise listings with the right keywords, tags, and categories to maximise qualified applicant flow
• Monitor posting performance (views, applies, click-through) and iterate on copy and placement
• Maintain a structured tracker of all live postings, expiry dates, and platform-wise response rates
2. Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
• Review incoming applications and resumes against defined role criteria and scorecards
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess communication, motivation, and culture fit
• Maintain a candidate pipeline in our tracking system with clear status tags
• Flag high-potential profiles proactively and surface them to the hiring manager with a brief assessment note
3. Candidate Outreach & Interview Scheduling
• Reach out to passive candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email, and campus networks
• Coordinate interview slots between candidates and interviewers, managing calendar conflicts and time zones
• Send professional confirmation emails with interview details, role briefs, and any pre-interview material
• Follow up promptly post-interview with feedback collection and next-step c
