Position: Junior Graphic Designer Location: Mumbai ️ Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience Required: upto 2 years Graphic Designer One piece of creative, every format it needs to live in, looking right every time. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSEvery event needs to show up everywhere, and look like it belongs. Every event needs its own version of the same idea: a Meta ad, a Story, an in-app card, a banner. Someone has to take what's already been created and make it work everywhere it needs to, without it ever going flat, off-brand, or late. That's this role. You'll work at the point where design meets scale. The creative already exists: your job is making sure it lands right, wherever a fan sees it first. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DOReal responsibilities, not a wish list Adaptation and layout Take approved creative and build it out across every format we need: Meta ad specs, Stories, Reels, and in-platform placements. This isn't just resizing. Turning a square post into a Story means recomposing hierarchy, not cropping. You'll need real layout judgment: what to resize, what to rebuild,



what to cut. Build in-platform assets: event cards, banners, promo placements, notification imagery. Day-to-day work Turn around high volumes of variants without the quality dropping as the count goes up. Work closely with design and marketing to understand a campaign before you start building for it. Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the work, not where they replace your judgment. WHAT YOU BRINGSpecific experience, not vague credentials Required0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome. Robust in Photoshop, comfortable in Figma. A real eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy. The fundamentals matter more than range right now. Comfortable working inside an existing brand system, not freestyling. Fast without needing heavy hand-holding once the direction is set. Preferred Basic After Effects or motion editing skills. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manage
