Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, understand partner requirements, present suitable HCL GUVI solutions, and negotiate agreements in alignment with company objectives.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for proposals, managing key accounts, and preparing regular reports on business performance and market trends. The role also requires continuous engagement with corporate partners, participation in events or outreach activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a consistent pipeline.
