Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Lead who can independently drive financial planning,

analysis, modelling and strategic finance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have

strong hands-on experience in company valuation, unit economics, financial modelling

and FP&A;, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Build and maintain financial models, business projections and scenario analyses.
Conduct company valuation, business valuation and investment analysis.
Develop and analyse unit economics, profitability and key business metrics.
Support fundraising, investor discussions and due diligence.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare MIS, management reports and board-level financial presentations.




Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and provide actionable

recommendations.

Lead and coordinate finance-related initiatives while maintaining robust ownership of

deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of unit economics, profitability and business performance

analysis.

Ability to independently analyse complex financial and business data.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates from startups, high-growth companies, investment banking, consulting or

corporate finance environments would be preferred.

Ability to work independently and operate as a strategic finance partner to the CEO.
