Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Executive role based in Pune City. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales in the assigned region,



managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals and agreements. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, developers, and channel partners, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular sales reporting and forecasts. The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet regional sales targets.
