Salt Media is a D2C performance marketing agency focused on creatives.
We work exclusively with high-growth D2C brands, helping them scale through Meta and Google Ads paired with high-volume, insight-driven creative production.

This is a Mumbai-based, in-office role.

Role Overview
The Meta Media Buyer is the execution engine for paid social across a portfolio of D2C brands.
You will own daily account management, creative uploads, performance monitoring, and structured reporting.
You will work closely with the founding team and senior buyers, with a clear feedback loop and real accounts from day one.

What You Will Do
• Monitor spend, delivery, rejections, and account anomalies daily across assigned brands.
• Upload and structure creatives with correct naming conventions, targeting setup, and campaign architecture.
• Prepare performance reports and flag what is working versus what needs correction.
• Execute pause, scale, and budget reallocation actions based on performance signals and senior direction.




• Participate in weekly creative review calls and bi-monthly analytical calls to build strategic judgement.
• Maintain clear documentation of tests, results, and learnings across accounts.

What We Are Looking For
• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, including internships with real account access.
• Strong working knowledge of D2C and ecommerce metrics including CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, ATC, IC, CVR, and CAC.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, ad set logic, and creative best practices.
• Solid attention to detail and a track record of reliable, accurate execution.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling performance data independently.
• Google Ads experience is a plus but not required.
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate for an in-office role.
