Position Overview
The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, upkeep, and presentation across the club.

The role oversees the day-to-day deployment and performance of outsourced housekeeping manpower and works closely with the Facility Manager and other operational departments to ensure all member-facing and back-of-house areas are maintained to the standards expected of a premium hospitality environment.

This is a hands-on operational role requiring robust floor presence, attention to detail, effective manpower management,



and the ability to respond quickly to changing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across the entire club, including member-facing areas, washrooms, restaurants and common areas, offices, back-of-house areas, and other operational spaces.
Conduct regular rounds and inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and upkeep standards are consistently maintained.
Ensure washrooms and other high-traffic areas are inspected and serviced at appropriate intervals throughout operating hours.
Identify housekeeping deficiencies and ensure immediate corrective action.
Plan and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning requirements.
Ensure cleaning schedules, checklists, and inspection records are maintained accurately.
Maintain strong floor presence during peak operating periods and high-footfall events.
