The Dual Mandate

Build Rope Access into a Scalable Business
Move beyond project-by-project execution to a structured, repeatable business platform. Expand service capability, strengthen client relationships, develop certified technician pipelines. Build a safety-led operating model with clear growth pathways across sectors and geographies.

Run a Safety-Critical Execution Engine with Commercial Rigour
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple sites with strict IRATA and QHSE adherence. Drive margin, cash flow, and resource deployment with commercial discipline. Ensure consistent,



profitable execution while uncompromising on safety performance. These two things must coexist in the same person. The role is hands-on and execution-heavy — the Business Head will be on sites, driving delivery, while building the business as it scales.
