About Your Team

You will be part of our Global Procurement function which has c.130 staff based across the UK, India, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific, managing $800m of spend across 26 countries.

The Procurement Operational Performance team is responsible for driving operational excellence across Procurement by leading, supporting and delivering strategic performance objectives through two specialist teams:

Procurement Systems & Tooling, responsible for the operation, support,



governance and continuous improvement of Procurement technology, ensuring systems remain stable, effective and aligned to business needs.
Procurement Development, responsible for leading strategic transformation initiatives, managing the Procurement change roadmap and ensuring successful implementation and embedding of change into business-as-usual operations.

Together, these teams enable Procurement to operate efficiently today while building the capabilities required for the future.

About Your Role

As the Assistant Manager for Procurement Change Delivery, you will be responsible for managing change and delivering key projects across Global Procurement.

The role will require an understanding of end-to-end Procurement functions and processes, experience in change and project management, and a proven track record in successfully deploying and embedding new and enhanced processes and technology to achieve
