About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic IT/digital services professional who can combine pre-sales consulting and bid management expertise to support business growth. This is a hybrid role, ideal for candidates who have experience with SAP, Salesforce, AI services, or other enterprise solutions and can engage in solutioning, proposal development, and bid coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design tailored solutions.
Lead or contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and bid documents for IT and digital services projects.
Prepare pre-sales materials including solution presentations, demos, and business cases.
Work with technical teams to articulate complex solutions in a client-friendly way.
Maintain templates, reusable content, and solution frameworks to improve bid efficiency.
Support pricing, commercial inputs,



and client discussions as needed.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7-15 years in IT/digital services pre-sales, bid management, or proposal development.
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise cloud technologies.
Strong skills in proposal writing, documentation, and client presentations.
Ability to manage multiple bids or pre-sales engagements simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Preferred:
Hyderabad-based candidates.
Exposure to enterprise IT/digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with both pre-sales solutioning and bid/proposal management.
