Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales within the staffing and workforce solutions space. In this role, you will drive top-of-funnel client acquisition, identify open hiring mandates across enterprise and mid-market accounts, and build long-term business relationships. You will handle outreach, qualify leads, run initial discovery calls, and collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct targeted outreach (cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Engineering Managers, and HR Directors.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and track opportunities from initial contact to contract closure using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
Needs Assessment & Discovery: Understand prospective clients’ technical/non-technical hiring roadmaps, billing models (Contract, Permanent,



Contract-to-Hire / C2C, Offshore/Dedicated teams), and talent constraints.
Proposal & Pitching: Prepare client presentations, commercial rate cards, and staffing proposals. Negotiate standard commercials, payment terms, and MSAs in coordination with leadership.
Recruitment Alignment: Hand off current job requisitions (JDs) to internal delivery and talent acquisition teams, ensuring accurate understanding of candidate specs, budgets, and delivery timelines.
Account Retention & Farming: Maintain ongoing touchpoints with onboarded accounts to identify recurring hiring mandates and expansion opportunities.
