Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC / RCM, ONB / Compensation Modules.
- Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
