Job Purpose: The Gen AI Data Scientist is responsible for the execution,
optimization, and deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring high-performance
AI solutions that enhance business efficiency, decision-making, and automation.
This role involves hands-on model development, fine-tuning LLMs, and
collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise
applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities




* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI products in finance, from
ideation and requirement gathering to deployment, scaling, and continuous
product development.
* Drive comprehensive business process reengineering by identifying high-value
opportunities for AI integration within existing financial workflows and SAP
environments.
* Design and author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product
Requirement Documents (PRDs), and Statements of Work (SoWs) for enterprise AI
initiatives.
* Orchestrate SAP integration for critical financial modules (e.g.,
Order-to-Cash, Treasury) and manage third-party system integrations via
secure APIs.
* Calculate, track, and present ROI for AI projects to ensure strict alignment
with financial objectives and strategic business growth.
* Manage the development, scope, and implementation of foundational AI agents,
optimizing business flows and generating accurate user stories.
