About the Role and Team:

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across campaign setup, troubleshooting, optimization and platform-related requests. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, asking questions, sharing their perspective and finding solutions rather than simply following instructions. You will have the opportunity to deepen your digital advertising expertise while developing your consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Own client requests from end-to-end, ensuring questions, issues and escalations are handled effectively, efficiently and with a strong customer focus.
Set up, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns in the Adform platform, ensuring campaign configurations align with client objectives and KPIs.
Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues,



investigate root causes, gather the information required for productive resolution and collaborate with the relevant technical or product teams when needed.
Provide guidance and consultancy to clients, helping them understand Adform functionality, campaign setup options, targeting, tracking, reporting and optimization opportunities.
Apply data-driven thinking when analyzing campaign performance, identifying delivery or performance issues and recommending appropriate optimizations.
Work effectively with stakeholders across the organization, understanding responsibilities and ownership and ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders, including explaining technical topics in a simple and actionable way.
