As a Trainee in our IT infrastructure department, you will be an integral part
of our team, working closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on
experience and develop your skills. We are committed to nurturing talent and

assisting with tech support tasks and contributing to our infrastructure
management strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Gain practical experience in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure
components.
* Learn and apply best practices for network administration and security.
* Support the team in implementing and managing Outlook configurations.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient
problem-solving.
* Document and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.




* Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external
clients.
* Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT infrastructure team leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience as a Tech Support Engineer or in a similar role is an
advantage.
* Robust problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
* Good knowledge of basic IT infrastructure components and networking concepts.
* Familiarity with Outlook configuration and email management is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and growth.
* Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work
environment.
* Basic understanding of IT security practices and protocols.
