As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure
Platforms team, you'll help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining
software, Infrastructure, and systems to develop creative engineering solutions
to help solving operations problems. Much of our support and software
development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and
reducing work through automation. You’ll join a team of curious problem solvers

Job responsibilities
* Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of




moderate scope and executes creative solutions for design, development, and
technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity
* Design and deliver secure, resilient, and self-healing network
instrumentation platforms aligned to firmwide engineering standards;
integrate network packet broker and analytics technologies to enhance
observability across complex networks.
* Architect and evolve high-availability packet aggregation and analytics
services in partnership with Network Operations and Cybersecurity; drive
continuous improvement of instrumentation reliability, resiliency, and
operational efficiency through telemetry and feedback loops.
* Lead automation, certification, and lifecycle management of enterprise-scale
monitoring platforms; analyze, test, and certify network packet and flow
monitoring appliances and software across performance, security, and
compliance criteria aligned to JPMorganChase standards.
