Job Description – DGM - Finance & Accounts

Qualification

CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience

8–10 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage timely closure and finalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for group companies.
Prepare and provide financials of subsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parent company.
Review accounting policies, audit reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IND AS, including review of IND AS adjustment entries.
Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.
Ensure compliance with MCA, ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, LC requirements, and surplus fund allocation.




Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital and treasury management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Valuable understanding of consolidation and group accounting.
Strong banking, treasury, and working capital management experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
