Analyze complex Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify cost drivers in electronic components and mechanical hardware.
Monitor global electronic component market pricing and lead times to provide proactive cost forecasts and risk mitigation.
Evaluate PCBA assembly complexity, including layer counts, board materials (FR4, Rogers, etc.), and secondary processes like conformal coating.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize TCO by analyzing logistics, tariffs, and regional PCBA manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and maintain advanced PCBA costing tools and templates to standardize costing across the organization.
Qualification
BE/BTech - Electrical/ Electronics
Experience: 10 - 15 years

Advanced PCBA Cost Modeling: Deep expertise in building bottom-up clean sheets for PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly.
