Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven candidate to lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives, capability-building programs, and workforce transformation efforts. The role will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling technical, domain, leadership, and early-career learning programs that strengthen organizational capabilities and support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale learning academies, certification programs, digital learning initiatives, LMS administration, and learning analytics across global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Capability Development & Learning Academies
Design, manage, and execute instructor-led, blended, and self-paced learning programs across multiple business and technology domains.
Develop structured learning pathways, competency frameworks, and capability-building journeys aligned to organizational skill requirements.
Drive technical and domain upskilling programs across areas such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Supply Chain,



Healthcare, Retail, BFSI, Telecom, and related industries.
Lead certification enablement programs and ensure learner readiness through structured practice sessions, assessments, and performance tracking.
Monitor workforce capability development and support deployment readiness by tracking critical skill-building initiatives.
2. Leadership & Early Career Development
Program manage leadership development initiatives for emerging and experienced leaders.
Partner with external training organizations, faculty, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful leadership programs.
Design and manage campus-to-corporate and early-career onboarding programs aimed at accelerating workforce readiness and organizational integration.
Drive learner engagement, mentoring, and continuous development initiatives.
3. Instructional Design & Digital Learning
Develop and curate engaging digital learning content, in
