Looking for a hands-on Data Science leader to build and scale a Data Science/AI function from 0→1.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML
Robust hands-on expertise in ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG & AI applications
Proven experience taking ML models from development to production
Strong Python & SQL skills with MLOps/cloud exposure
Ability to translate business problems into impactful data science solutions
Team leadership experience – hiring, mentoring and building high-performing DS teams
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership
Track record of delivering measurable business impact
Top Tier institute preferred
