Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive - Transportation Command Centre to oversee day-to-day transportation operations from our Bangalore Command Centre.



The role will be responsible for real-time fleet monitoring, fuel management, driver coordination, route planning, and operational compliance to ensure uninterrupted transportation services across the network.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, operational acumen, and experience managing transportation activities in a fast-paced 24x7 setting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fuel Management (Core Responsibility)
Monitor and manage vehicle refueling activities to ensure seamless operations and zero downtime.
Track fuel consumption, mileage, and efficiency metrics across the fleet.
Analyze fuel usage trends and identify discrepancies, leakages, or inefficiencies.
Coordinate with fuel vendors and fuel station partners for smooth fuel availability.
Manage fuel cards, fuel advances, and reconciliation of fuel expenses.
