Role Description The Group Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottarakara,



responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across multiple units within Ignite Pvt Ltd. This role includes managing and optimizing processes related to student counseling, admissions, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The Group Operations Manager will coordinate teams, allocate resources, monitor performance metrics, and implement operational policies and best practices. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on strategic planning, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Group Operations Manager will maintain solid communication with stakeholders, manage reporting, and support training and development of staff to uphold Ignite’s student-centric service quality.
