Finance Controller - Finance & Accounts

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Finance Controller to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong technical accounting expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a agile, high-growth environment. The Finance Controller will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Assume end-to-end ownership of the organization's accounting and financial reporting processes.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping activities, and maintenance of accurate books of accounts in accordance with IGAAP and Ind AS.
Prepare periodic financial statements and ensure timely completion of statutory, internal, and external audits with minimal audit observations.




Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and coordinate audit requirements efficiently.

Regulatory & Tax Compliance
Ensure full compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
Monitor changes in accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks and ensure appropriate implementation within the organization.

Technical Accounting & Controls
Review and interpret business contracts, commercial arrangements, and agreements, and translate their financial implications into appropriate accounting treatments in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance frameworks to safeguard organizational assets and ensure financial accuracy.
