Role Summary
Responsible for managing office administration, HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and workforce management. The role ensures smooth implementation of management directives while building a positive, disciplined, and high-performing work culture.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experienced working in following industry:
* Logistics
* FMCG
* Warehousing
* Distribution
* Manufacturing

Experience: 5 – 8+ years in office administration and HR, preferably in logistics, warehousing, transport, FMCG, or distribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operational coordination.
* Maintain employee attendance, personnel records, statutory HR documentation, and HRMIS.
* Lead recruitment activities by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent from the industry.
* Drive onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Build a strong team culture through regular team-building activities and employee motivation programs.
* Handle labour-related matters,



resolve workforce grievances, and proactively manage critical employee and industrial relations issues.
* Ensure effective communication and implementation of management decisions across all departments.
* Maintain workplace discipline, punctuality, compliance, and a positive organizational culture.
* Coordinate with vendors and oversee office assets, facilities, and administrative requirements.
* Support performance management, employee development, and HR policy implementation.
