Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead the execution of large-scale industrial civil works for DRI & Captive Power Plant (CPP) projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing heavy RCC structures, equipment foundations, excavation works, industrial buildings, and multidisciplinary EPC coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead complete site execution from mobilization to project handover.
* Prepare project execution strategy, construction methodology, resource planning, and recovery plans.
* Manage large-scale excavation, hard rock excavation, black cotton soil excavation, backfilling, and ground preparation.
* Supervise RCC works (M25/M30), PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, grouting, and heavy industrial foundations.
* Execute machine foundations, TG deck, silos, day bins,



CCR buildings, staging works, anchor bolts, insert plates, pocket fixing, and GP-02 grouting.
* Ensure proper installation and alignment of foundation bolts (M16, M24, M32, M40) before equipment erection.
* Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and EPC teams.
* Monitor contractor productivity, project cost, billing, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
* Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures, IS Codes, project specifications, and HSE standards.
* Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings and report project progress to management and clients.
