About the Role
We are hiring a Lead, Associate Account Manager to build, coach and scale our EMEA AAM team. You will develop high-performing AAMs, drive consistent customer outcomes, and establish scalable account management practices across SMB, long-tail and strategic Tier 1 portfolios. The role combines people leadership, client management,



programmatic expertise and operational excellence to scale AAM capabilities and our operating model.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor and coach AAMs to build solid client-facing, account management and strategic consulting capabilities, enabling them to independently manage long-tail relationships and drive customer outcomes.
Partner with Account Management Leadership to support Tier 1 customers and coach AAMs on retention, expansion, product adoption and account growth opportunities.
Establish scalable coaching frameworks, playbooks and quality standards across client communication, objection handling, escalations, performance storytelling, MBRs/QBRs and strategic recommendations.
Serve as a programmatic SME and enablement leader, developing training across campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, reporting, data storytelling and consultative selling.
