Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Analyst to strengthen the forecasting, diagnostic and reporting systems behind our marketplace decisions. Working directly with the Director, Marketplace, Operations & Customer Experience, you will turn complex operating data into clear recommendations that improve capacity planning, service reliability and city performance.
This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who can move beyond reporting to explain what changed,



why it has changed and what business should do next. You will work closely with Supply, Ground Operations, Customer Service, Product, Technology, Finance and Growth.
Ride-hailing experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider candidates from delivery, quick-commerce, last-mile logistics or other marketplaces where supply-demand balancing, field execution and real-time service levels are central to the business.

Key responsibilities

Demand, supply and capacity planning
Build rolling demand and supply forecasts by city, product, day and hour.
Translate demand forecasts, chauffeur churn and productivity into recruitment, activation and capacity requirements.
Track forecast accuracy and improve models as seasonality, current products, events and city behavior change.
Model the marketplace impact of B2B commitments, port work, scheduled services, promotions and Saudi launch requirements.
