Position Summary:
Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales and market expansion for its MedTech Division across Uttarakhand. The incumbent will be responsible for generating revenue from hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic laboratories, government and institutional accounts within an assigned territory, building robust relationships with clinicians and decision-makers, and delivering assigned sales targets for the wound care, medical device and diagnostics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities across hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic laboratories, medical colleges and institutional accounts.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, physicians,



wound care specialists, pathologists, procurement officers, hospital administrators and key opinion leaders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, in-service training and product trials for end users.
• Support tender and institutional business — track tender notifications, coordinate documentation, and follow up on rate contracts, empanelment and order execution.
• Appoint, manage and support channel partners, distributors and dealers within the territory, and monitor secondary sales, stock levels and outstanding payments.
• Map the assigned territory — maintain an updated customer database, account potential, competitor activity, pricing and market share intelligence.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the Company’s credit and commercial policies.
