Role Description The Sales Manager role at Wylth® is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with financial advisors and related partners, managing the sales pipeline,
and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives. The Sales Manager will maintain robust relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of financial services or wealth management domains, such as IFAs, RIAs, asset classes, and investment products.
