Facilitate to transfer clarity to automation on furnace instruments and it’s signalling to develop theautomation that enable to achieve operational excellence and support the growth objectives of the organisation.
Key Result Areas
Instrumentation associated tasks for new projects of Continuous Galvanizing Line furnaces,



Continuous Annealing Line furnaces and Color Coating Line ovens.
Meeting the targets around Quality, Delivery and Cost. Innovation mindset to bring in new designs to improve functionality and reduce cost.
Key Responsibilities
Develop P&ID; in coordination with Process Engineer/Team leaders.Preparing instrumentation list and its specifications for procurement.Technical offer evaluation for all kinds of instruments (Transmitters, switches, Sensors, orifice, etc),automatic valves, analyzers, camera, pyrometers and On-field instruments as per project requirement.Work in close co-ordination with Electrical and Automation team to prepare project documents likeI/O list, Motor and Sensor List, function description, Interlock diagrams etc…Work in close co-ordination with other functional team members from process and mechanicalteam to identify the instrumentation requirements.Participating in FAT with
