Job Purpose
Execution of research projects under SCALE (including research conception, design, analysis, report writing. Etc)
Support writing of peer- reviewed articles, non-academic white papers, unpublished technical reports, management briefs, opinion and editorial pieces from research projects.
Responsible for developing and overseeing trial protocols, coordinating data collection,
Conduct literature reviews, evidence syntheses, policy scans, and secondary-data analysis.
Support in translating research findings into relevant policy documents, industry partner engagement and actionable insights.

Job Outline




The Research Associate position provides an excellent chance to gain extensive hands‐on field research experience and significant management responsibility in senior care project.

The Research Associate will be responsible for (i) overseeing the implementation of research protocols, (ii) overseeing collection of program data, (iii) training and managing survey teams, (iv) supervising logistics for field activities, (v) cleaning and analyzing survey data, (vi) assisting in the writing of project reports and policy memos, (viii) Monitoring and reviewing databases and rectifying errors or inconsistencies. The work will enhance your research, analytical and management skills and require your full commitment in a challenging environment.
About the project: Senior Care Advancement through Learning and Evidence (SCALE) is the first of its new research initiative at MIHM, ISB. Supported by Max India Foundation and onboarding Antara Senior Living as its founding industry partner, the initiative aims to generate new knowledge on India's rapidly growing elderly population. T
