We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about posting content. It is about building a brand, creating relevance, understanding audiences and driving attention.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Own day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.




- Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, concepts and campaign narratives.
- Understand platform trends, audience behaviour and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, photographers and production teams.
- Convert brand briefs into engaging social-first content.
- Manage publishing schedules, approvals and timely execution.
- Monitor content performance and identify what is working, what is not and why.
- Prepare regular performance reports with meaningful insights, not just numbers.
- Stay ahead of Instagram/Reels trends, formats, sounds, references and cultural moments.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and communication.
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to continuously improve content quality.
