Role Overview

Affinity is building a next-generation internal Creative Platform, a unified AI-powered canvas and asset management system that transforms how our creative and operations teams conceive, produce, manage, and deploy advertising campaigns at scale.
We are looking for a Leader who can own the full product vision, strategy, and roadmap for this platform. You will sit at the intersection of creative workflow, business strategy, and technology translating the needs of creative teams, ops, and brand partners into a product that is intuitive, powerful, and built to scale.
This is a foundational leadership role.



The platform is in its early stages and you will shape what it becomes defining the journey from campaign brief to asset creation, performance tracking, and energetic creative optimisation. You will work closely with the Engineering, AI, Creative and Account Management teams to prioritise, build, and iterate, and will be the internal voice of the creative practitioner in every product decision.

Key Responsibilities

1) Product Vision & Roadmap
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Creative Platform.
Translate business objectives operational efficiency, creative quality, campaign performance into a clear, prioritised product plan.
Balance short-term delivery needs against the longer-term vision of the platform evolving into a self-serve product available to brand partners.
Ensure the product roadmap accounts for all creative output types: video assets, image sets, banner
