Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Representative role is based in Agra.

The Medical

Representative will promote Alembic’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, through regular visits and structured product presentations.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring product availability, and driving prescription generation in the assigned territory. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities,



and feedback from healthcare professionals, and reporting insights to the sales and marketing teams.

The Medical

Representative will also manage daily call plans, maintain accurate records of visits and sales, and participate in product training sessions, meetings, and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical products and meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond to their needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and therapeutic benefits.
- Candidates should possess good territory management, time management, and documentation skills to plan visits and maintain accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with strong ethical standards and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
