Healic is building a dedicated field referral team to grow General Surgery patient volume across its hospital network, starting in Ghaziabad. We are looking for the candidates, experienced in the Insurance Sales (field, insurance advisor channel) for Ghaziabad (field, cross-channel referral partners).

Quick Facts

Experience: 3-5 years (Medical Representative / field sales / doctor-facing background preferred)

Reports To: Referral Business Lead

Compensation: Fixed salary + KPI-linked incentive + local conveyance

Role Overview

- Visit a minimum of 10–12 General Physicians, Diagnostic Centres, RMPs, and other healthcare service providers every day within an assigned locality/beat
- Introduce Healic's General Surgery facility, surgeon credentials, and patient-first value proposition to each referrer
- Build repeat-visit relationships with referrers on a structured revisit cycle (not one-time visits)




- Convince referrers to share patient details for patients who require general surgery (e.g. gallbladder, hernia, appendix)
- Log every visit and every patient lead captured in the field-sales app / CRM the same day
- Close the loop with referrers on referred-patient outcomes where information is available, to build long-term trust
- Escalate high-potential (Level 1/2 tier) referrer relationships to the Team Lead for joint visits.

KRAs & KPIs

Team field coverage: Team-wide referral partner meetings/day against target (min. 10–12 per Field Sales Executive), tracked via GPS-verified check-ins

Beat/territory management: % of team adhering to planned weekly beat schedules; no coverage gaps across assigned territory

Team lead-generation output: Total qualified patient leads (complete, consented details) generated by the team per week/month

Partner tier progression: Number of partners progressed to ‘Active Referrer’ status across the team; growth of high-potential partner relationships
