– Shift Engineer (HVAC) Position: Shift Engineer – HVAC Experience: 3–4 Years Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Department: Engineering / Facility Management Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer – HVAC to manage and maintain HVAC systems during assigned shifts. The candidate will be responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient performance of HVAC equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate HVAC systems during assigned shifts.

Handle operation and maintenance of AHU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, FCU, HVAC controls , etc. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor temperature, pressure, humidity, and other operating parameters. Ensure proper functioning of AHU and chilled water systems . Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams for daily activities.

Maintain shift reports, equipment logs, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.



Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards. Coordinate with vendors/service providers whenever required.

Identify potential equipment failures and take corrective action. Ensure smooth handover of all pending maintenance activities between shifts.

SkillsStrong knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance . Hands-on experience with AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps and FCU . Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance. Ability to manage a team of technicians during shifts. Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
