MDM Functional Consultant

Lead functional design and configuration of Product and Customer Master domains in Oracle PHC and CDM, ensuring alignment with business rules, data governance, and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct workshops to gather business requirements for Product and Customer Master attributes, LOVs, classifications, and rules.

Define and document functional specifications for metadata mapping, attribution, and BOM structures.

Configure workflows, publish mechanisms, and cross-reference tables in Oracle MDM.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate rule logic, attribute applicability, and data readiness.

Support functional testing and UAT cycles for PHC and CDM integrations with CRM, CPQ and ERPs.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of PHC and CDM data models, especially for Product and Customer domains.

Experience with Oracle EFF, item class configuration, and customer hierarchy mapping.

Familiarity with Boomi integration flows and BI Publisher report validation.

Robust documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
